The Rawlins County High School Entrepreneurship Fair was held on Wednesday, March 10th at Shirley Opera House. 14 teams with 23 students competed in the challenge. The event is sponsored by NetWork Kansas and Rawlins County Economic Development. Each team had a chance to present their business to a group of four selected judges and answer questions from the judges. Each judge scored each business based on their presentation and their overall written business plan. The students had the opportunity to earn up to $2,100 in prizes, along with the option to complete a course from Kansas State University and receive an additional $50. "All the students who participated were great representatives of our community, and it was amazing to see the talent they possess. They all have bright futures ahead of them!” Mr. Sramek

Reminder: The regular March Board of Education meeting will be Monday, March 10th at 6:30pm in the RCES library, instead of the usual third Monday due to spring break.

Ludell students will be picked up and dropped off in a van, all other routes will be on normal hard surface pick up and drop offs.

Basketball Senior Night.

Due to weather the basketball games scheduled for tonight versus Golden Plains have been postponed to Thursday February 20th. Junior High Scholars in Oberlin is also cancelled for tonight.
