2026 NWKL Art Show - Sharon Springs, KS
Had a blast today taking the art kids to meet artist Andi Burnam (a former Atwood native). She taught a short class on the importance of an art sketchbook for “Creatives” in developing their individual styles and improving their art techniques. The students were able to practice various drawing techniques in their new sketchbooks
Results from the NWKL Art show are as follows:
Jr High Artists:
Maci Hurst - NWKL/RCHS Best of Show (Fish Sculpture)
1st place - Kendall Cavenee (watercolor)
2nd place - Natalia Finley (pointillism)
3rd place - Clara Grafel (mixed media fish)
