2025 Rawlins County Prom Schedule

There will be a special board of education meeting on Wednesday, April 2nd at 5:30pm in the elementary school library.
FFA Banquet Thursday April 3rd 6:30pm at the Columbian Hall.

Rawlins County USD 105 is partnering to offer a FREE 5-week Nurturing Parenting class starting April 1st! This program includes free meals, childcare, and a $100 completion bonus. RSVP by March 25th. See the flyer for details or contact efaulkender@nkesc.org.

Reminder: There will be no school on Friday, March 15, and all of next week for Spring Break (March 17-21).

The Rawlins County High School Entrepreneurship Fair was held on Wednesday, March 10th at Shirley Opera House. 14 teams with 23 students competed in the challenge. The event is sponsored by NetWork Kansas and Rawlins County Economic Development. Each team had a chance to present their business to a group of four selected judges and answer questions from the judges. Each judge scored each business based on their presentation and their overall written business plan. The students had the opportunity to earn up to $2,100 in prizes, along with the option to complete a course from Kansas State University and receive an additional $50.
