On May 6, 2025, Rawlins County USD 105 proudly hosted the groundbreaking ceremony for our new K-12 school; a day filled with excitement, gratitude, and community spirit!
The event featured remarks from Superintendent Eric Stoddard, Board of Education President David W. Horinek, representatives from SPT Architecture, and McCownGordon Construction. Their inspiring words highlighted the resilience of our district and the strong partnerships that are making this project a reality.
This groundbreaking marks an incredible milestone in our journey of recovery after the June 2023 fire at the Junior-Senior High School. With the support of our students, families, staff, and the entire Rawlins County community, we are building a brighter future together.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for this special day. We are especially grateful to our community for coming together to pass the bond in August and help turn this vision into reality.
We look forward to sharing updates as construction progresses and can’t wait to welcome students into a state-of-the-art learning space for generations to come.
