Scott Community Foundation Out of County Scholarships Due February 23, 2024
Scott Community Foundation Out of County Scholarship applications have to be submitted through the new scholarship portal. Click on the out of county link, it will take you to a logon page where you will create a new user account and then you will fill out an eligibility quiz. After completing the quiz, you will have access to the correct application.
