Career Fair at FHSU

Ten Juniors and Seniors attended the Nex-Generation Career Fair on the FHSU campus on Tuesday, Nov. 20th.  Six hundred students from northwest Kansas participated in this experience that was funded by Nex-Tech.    Students chose between Camp Med, Camp Biz, & Camp Tech.  They then picked 6 sessions from the 12 that were offered within that Camp. Each session delved into that career including necessary schooling, salary, & job description.  The Cadaver Lab Session had human hearts, lungs, & several other body parts that the students could handle.  The whole day was very hands on & very informative.  The following students attended:  Anthony Koel, Tanner Hayes, Dawson Walker, Taylor Richardson, Nash Dunker, Kaitlyn Wolters, Cecelia Skolout, Hannah Willis, Valerie Aldrich, & Emily Trail.  The school counselor, Mardi Lohoefener & Jacque Leitner supervised the day.
