7th Grade Class Visits Farmers State Bank
The 7th grade Personal Finance class visited the Farmers State Bank in Atwood this week. Loan officer, Loren Erway talked to the students about the importance of maintaining a budget. He showed them examples of a good and bad budget spreadsheet. Customer Service Representatives Tina Lanning and Margret Kastens talked to the students about a checking account, online banking and debit cards. The visit was finished off with a tour and a chocolate treat!! The class is taught by Ami Klein.
