Restricted Items-NO ARTIFICIAL NOISEMAKERS
Glitter, confetti and balloons filled with helium are NOT ALLOWED in the arena. Artificial noise-makers (horns, cowbells, whistles, etc...) are NOT ALLOWED. Banners and signs are acceptable as long as they are not derogatory. No duct tape is allowed to hang signs, strings and zip ties are recommended. If you are wanting to hang a sign you will need to contact a State Staff worker to ensure it is in an appropriate place.
Signs may not exceed 4’X4’.
No outside food or drink allowed in the facility.
