LABACHE AG. INC, SCHOLARSHIP Labache Ag. Inc. Education Fund was started in 2015 as a way to support local youth who aspire to a higher education and seek the resources to do so. This scholarship is available to students attending school in Scott County, Rawlins County, and Wallace County (Weskan and Wallace).
• $7,500 Post-Secondary Scholarship awarded to two students for two years ($3,750 each year)
• Student who has the capabilities of getting a college degree but because of financial burden cannot go to college or may not even think or consider getting a college degree.
• Lack of family support to get a degree
• Priority is given to second-generation immigrants that may or may not be legal in the US.
The Labache Ag Scholarship is now being housed via the Scott Community Foundation. Students will need to create an account to apply. After an account has been created, they must use the "Out of County" application.
