FHSU Mobile Forge Pour Day
2019 FHSU Mobile Forge visited the Rawlins County Jr/Sr High School - today was a GREAT day!!! The art and ag department (THANKS Ms. Schamberger!) partnered up and had 8-12th grade art students and advanced welding students each made templates that were then molded and caste today- the 5th/6th grade classes came up to visit and 7th-12th graders all had the opportunity to come see aluminum pouring in action! A BIG thank you to the FHSU sculpture instructor Tobias Flores and his graduate assistant for visiting our school to make this opportunity possible and a big THANK YOU to Karen Finley for the grant money to make this happen!!! It was a great day! ️
